Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our forms, and our advertising, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

We provide marketing, advertising, and appointment-setting services to real estate professionals. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this website. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website, submits a form, responds to one of our advertisements, or otherwise interacts with us.

This policy covers two groups of people:

  • Real estate professionals who inquire about or use our services.
  • Homeowners and consumers who respond to advertising campaigns we run on behalf of real estate professionals, for example to request a home valuation or information about selling a property.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, book a call, or communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Property details, such as address, property type, and condition
  • Your plans and preferences, such as when you are thinking of selling or buying
  • For real estate professionals: your brokerage, market area, and business information
  • Any other information you choose to include in messages, forms, or calls

Information collected automatically

When you visit our pages, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in section 6.

Information from third parties

If you submit a lead form directly on a social media or advertising platform (for example, a Facebook or Instagram lead form), that platform shares the information you entered with us. We may also receive information from scheduling tools, CRM systems, and the real estate professionals we work with.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and contact you about it
  • To connect homeowners with the real estate professional running the campaign they responded to
  • To schedule appointments and send reminders
  • To send follow-up communications, market updates, and relevant information you asked for
  • To provide, manage, and improve our services for our real estate clients
  • To measure and improve the performance of our advertising and websites
  • To prevent fraud and spam, and to keep our systems secure
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • With the real estate professional you are connected with. If you respond to a campaign run on behalf of a real estate professional, your information is shared with that professional so they can help with your request.
  • With service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, CRM, scheduling, email, text messaging, analytics, and advertising platforms. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our clients, or others.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale, or reorganization, where your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • With your consent, in any other case where you have agreed to it.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure and improve our advertising. These may include the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising tools.

These tools may allow the platforms to recognize you across websites and show you relevant ads. You can control them in the following ways:

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our site does not currently respond to them, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including providing our services, following up on your inquiry, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing" of personal information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing

United States residents

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws may exercise the rights above as provided by their state's law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom residents

We process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business; and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

International data transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect information transferred internationally.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
